We do those first thing in the morning, so please make sure your daughter/son is to school on time.  Thanks!

Self Care Series with the Guidance Dept.-

The Guidance Department will be offering a Self Care Series for all grade levels during GO time on Wednesdays & Fridays for the remainder of the school year. Each session we will cover a new coping skill to help manage stress & anxiety in a healthy way. Students will have the opportunity to practice this coping skill through a hands-on activity that is fun, engaging, and practical. Some examples include making stress balls, breathing bracelets, art journaling, and more! If you think this is something your student would be interested in, please have them join us in the Conference Room during GO time. We are able to accommodate 15 students per session.
