Dear Upton Middle School Families,
Dance Tonight-
The student council sponsored dance this evening begins at 5:00 PM and ends at 7:00 PM. Please talk with your daughter/son about being careful in the very busy parking lot. Admission is $4 and refreshments are available for purchase. Thanks to our UPTO for having chaperones available.
Phenomenal Musical Saturday -
What an amazing show our students put on this past Saturday evening! It was simply one of the best middle school musicals I have ever witnessed in my 25 years here at Upton Middle School! I also want to commend the directors, Mrs. Vlietstra and Mrs. Gray-Roll!
NWEA Testing next Tuesday and Thursday-
Next Tuesday, May 16th students will be taking the Spring NWEA math assessment and next Thursday, May 18th students will be taking their Spring reading NWEA assessment. We are hoping that all students show growth from Fall to Spring!

If you are moving this summer or not returning to Upton or the High School in the fall, please contact Mrs. Koetsier in the Upton office at lkoetsier@sjschools.org. Our staff is already busy working on schedules for next year at Upton and the High School. Thank you for your help!
